MISSION

Our vision is to transform the world by fundamentally changing the way people think about it. We want governments, industry and each and every person to stop viewing the Earth as an inexhaustible resource and start treating it as something precious that needs our protection and careful management. We all need a planet that is ecologically healthy and able to nurture life in all its diversity.

In this moment our actions are mainly focused on the Oaxaca region and others states of the country like Mixteca Region specify Santa Catarina Adequez, Nochixtlan Oaxaca.

VISION

To promote and ensure the integral and sustainable development of the population focusing on actions in the region which address poverty and marginalisation.

for the THE COATLICUE FOUNDATION A.C. , to talk about training and the creation of social enterprises and development projects without mentioning subjects such as technical assistance and support is a serious mistake. They are all mutually supporting actions as they indentify which projects can be established and how they can then be developed.

THE COATLICUE FOUNDATION A.C. was founded by a small group of activists in 2007. Today. While the size of the organization may have changed, our commitment to defending first to the Mexican Indian people, and the planet and promoting peace, to achieving positive change through action, and to realizing our vision and peaceful world is as strong as ever.
Now we are poised at a pivotal point in human history where even more must be done, and urgently, if life on Earth is to survive. What's needed now is a new map to steer by - nothing less than a radically new way of understanding and living in this world we call home.
